well they went from 5 stars to 1. If you love releases that will cost you dollars and ruin alot, look no further. I downloaded this to slay time and for a while it was fun. I use to love the release. It was the only release I'd test. But the higher my lvl the more it cost to create testing worth it. Actually it's gotten outrageous. Then I purchased an inbox premium coin box that came with extras but one item didnt come. 1st they lied and claimed it did when I claimed I wanted a refund they admitted it but still refused to refund my dollars even though i didnt obtain what i was paying for. 2nd they lied and claimed because i already spent the coins which i didnt. Like the releases, nice choices, payoffs today have gotten better! Played a release all evening and did very well with payoffs but the next day the release was then locked. The next day played all day and won after a certain time , it went from 3,000,000 to 0. You should not hit a score. Total ripoff!! ****Modernization**** I don't normally review releases, nice or terrible but because I couldn't reach anyone at House of Fun I posted the above. Anyway they saw my complaint and made it right so that's why I'm giving them 3 stars actually. As many others have claimed the payouts are tiny and the gifts are hours apart and not much as well, so know that before you test, you may or will spend dollars.🤷‍♀️

I never obtain any really large wins , i can usually see where some of the another recipients obtain large wins cause it will pops up on my device while i am testing a release . It doesn't matter what amount i am testing , matter of fact usually when i am testing one of the bigger amounts , i never when , i just end of testing down my dollars.

I have claimed it before and will continue to deliever this weak rating and WARNING TO ALL PLAYERS ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME! NOW IT JUST TOOK OVER 1 MILLION IN COINS FROM ME JUST DISAPPEARED! I have sent 2 contact messages about what happened and have gotten no response at all it also cheated my husband out of a almost 6 million victory and when we sent it a request about it they first reply they don't see any victory he didn't obtain so sent in a picture of the victory and actually no response at all

Addictive! Love the release.. But It does need some work. There are a several glickes; main one being that your prizes do not usually work out and they do not obtain awarded as they could. Just as customer service does not seem to respond when you write in. Another than that..I love it! AWSOME...Nice Product

I've really enjoyed HoF slots until today. I tried to write a complaint n allow them know about the trouble I'm having n can't. The board release claims I have 3 spins but when i attempted to go on there it just flashes on then off. Support! I wish my coins. UGH. Actually I was testing again n it still doesn't work right. it even erased one of my turns to spin n transport forward on the dang release board. PLEASE fix this quick cuz this sucks. Thx
