I took a chance at downloading the Want release and bought a gigantic dollar order. I used a legitimate pay source and finalized my order. I instantly received a response from the Want Soft, requesting a screenshot of my bank statement showing my buy from Want. I feel this is PHISHING for my personal stats and have never had a request buying online equipment from any another source. My buy was not from a bank profile. Any attempt to communicate loops me back to the same request.

I really like the idea they look out for me and test to support anyway they can. The troubles are they sometimes come early each time I ordered something or don't come at all. I hope they do better and I won't have any troubles down the way from. Actually the BIG trouble is that you have to be careful of what you're paying for because the discounts are liars. For example "VIP" discount is supposed to be 50%, instead it's maybe 5%. No wait it's now 10% sorry. That's absolutely ridiculous to me.

the release is soooooo shady. had a coupon for nonpaid shipping for newest players in the release only from retailmenot i download want and there aren't any nonpaid listings like usual and like i usually see advertised. my moms release has variety of nonpaid listings mine NONE. thats really shady and the coupons dont really work an most equipment is junk that takes forever to obtain to ur house to be broken when it arrives. but it really burns me up that my mom can obtain the nonpaid equipment that you only pay shipping and i cant.

All the equipment on sale don't reflect the actual price when equipment are placed into cart. Eg : Item shows that price is $10 but when it's placed into cart , it becomes $18 excluding the shipping fees! No , it's not about the size or due to choice of colors. It's a sales marketing gimmick /walkthrough which is simply not neccesary!!

I did buy a couple of equipment from want that have not arrived yet but, they were at decent price after few tries back a use of price differences at cart. Prices. changed a checkout so in topic u market want be aware to go to your cart before you decide if you wish to pay vendors price. I hope when I obtain my order it will as specified and fit right. A bunch of professional scam artists. Sizing is so off that a normal person can't buy clothes from their web. Quality of the item as well as packaging is extremely terrible. IF you are lucky enough to reach a true person they will only advise you to contact a robot instead. They are also not following their own 30 day return procedure. It goes the following idea, they block your possibility to contact the help for up to 7 days, then it take up to two businesses day + 14 days more

Customer service is virtually useless in the most literal idea. Ordered a pair of boots in early April, didn't ship until late April, and here it is late May and the boots still haven't arrived. Contacting customer service for anything that isn't an automated response process is purposefully impossible, so nice luck finding ANY stats about your box once it ships, as their customer service is fully useless with this.

Large Scam release from brand China..purchased an item, got a different useless product, customer care bot claims it will give a full refund and asks if i wish it as want dollars or to original mode of payment, whatever you pick it will claims oops and asks you to retry....this loop continues forever. if you give terrible rating to the item you received, it is shown only to you and rest of the globe will only see the fake 5 * reviews. stay away from this release, its a BIG SCAM.

As a precious metal collector it's simple to see where the increase of fake gold and silver coins and bars are coming from. With the reputation I've built selling true gold i should easily create around 100k scamming recipients before they clicked on. Won't help an release that sells equipment that can be used to scam recipients.

I never even received my first nonpaid item. Two weeks after it was supposed to be delivered, I was claimed to wait two more weeks. I asked again, after other two weeks, where it was. I never recieved few equipment, and Want is declining to refund or resend the item, because the tracking stats claims it was delivered to my porch on a day when 7 recipients were home all day, going in and out of the house. However, for another equipment that I have followed up on, they have replied that the tracking stats is not usually accurate. So, which is it????? Yet, at the bottom of the Want Customer Help page, it claims, "We have your back! You never have to worry when you market on Want." LIES!!!

The Want release itself are nice, but the reviews are not. Many recipients post five star reviews for equipment before they even use them or verify that it is a functional product. This makes equipment seem really well reviewed, but untested, thus an inaccurate review. Another than that, the equipment I have ordered from Want have arrived exactly as advertised. The photoshop jobs of equipment that claim to do something nice are clearly false ad. The product didn't give that effects, photoshop did.

My order is expected to deliver on 13th of May 2019 and it was adjusted to 20th of May 2019 then again adjusted pc replied that they need to contact them if my item still not obtain on 19th of June 2019. what is this? A large joke? You response to my comment and they send correspondence to me but the same message was repeated twice.

Con Artists. These recipients will test and steal your dollars!!! Canceled an order because it was on the wrong card and they refunded me $5.00 instead of the full $180 and they sit there and claim me I got my full refund. I present them pics of my profile proving otherwise and actually haven't heard back from them in a month even though I've been trying to reach them.

it is the worst! I ordered 11 equipment I never obtain any of the equipment, it has been about 4 months, yet still no equipment, I asked for a refund and the respond was no you only had 30 days to refund those equipment, for the past 4 months including those 30 day I was claimed that the item would come but it isn't coming, no don't download this release

Made one buy yet was charged for two -- and both equipment received were nothing like what was advertised. Extremely disappointed, considering this was my very first -- and last buy. This release will be uninstalled once an expected refund is received. If I should give this app 0 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Want used to be nice, but has become horrible. Actually almost each product sold has a shipping charge of equal, or sometimes more than the price of the item itself. To create matters worse, there is no combined shipping discount. Just as i kind this, i have $40 worth of equipment on cart, and with the absurd shipping charges, the total ends up being $100+. It is ridiculous. Unless this changes, i won't be using Want anymore.

They used to be a nice release, but is starting to obtain less and less so. I will claim they do have awesome customer service, if there is an trouble with an item, they will work to create it right. But, the shipping is ridiculous, if I'm buying few of the same item, which is from the same shipper as well I obtain charged double shipping, yet both equipment come ib one box, hense the shipper was charged once. Also they used to give out more and better coupons.
