Can't even order through the release, it gets stuck in a loop of picking territory, then kind of pick up. Probably not even going to bother with their meal anymore because it's out of the idea and everything more convenient for me has small ordering that now works, I'll give my dollars to recipients who now wish it.

Nice offers. Order online works each time... except once I go and pick up my order I have to uninstall\install the release to clear the "finish checking in" message before I can use the release again. Each. single. time. Otherwise worthy of 5 stars. After customer service reached out I noticed that the release did not require a complete uninstall.

I couldn't obtain the offers! I ordered and tried first one then the another nonpaid with order offers, neither worked. The manager on duty claimed I was only the 2nd release order they'd had and that the another person had the same trouble. I'll probably hold using it because of time saving.

Soft was modernized and has corrected the trouble of the last processed order not clearing. To clear the last order in the lower half of the screen press 'cancel order'. This will clear the order and you can then zone other order. It still has a tiny glitch. If you use an 'offer' create sure it was applied correctly. Once I used an offer that gave a nonpaid sm drink and fry with the purchace of a cheeseburger. It only subtracted the price of the fries. No ice and ez ice options would be nice.

I'll usually prefer Wendy's meal to McDonald's; but McD's usually has wonderful deals, coupons & rewards on thier release (example $1 gigantic fry is usually available on McD, & you can earn a nonpaid 5th coffee when you buy 4 ect). Since Wendy's doesn't offer worthwhile deals, sadly the Wendy's release isn't woth the zone on my device.

So your release is terrible. First you are asking too many questions. Second if I pick an offer I could be able to pick what I wish for that offer. I tried to obtain your 2 for $10 and ordered 2 tiny Dave combos and it doesn't work.. Look at the another speedy meal apps and learn 2 code.

it's really only nice for coupons so far... when I test to zone a small order, I can pick my territory, pick my local Wendy's, then it redirects to the pick territory screen again. I know small ordering is newest in our territory (Appomattox, VA), but if it's not ready, it shouldn't be an option. I do like all the coupon codes when i'm ordering in the shop though. they work nice! please fix this glitch quick!

Tried the small ordering and picked the shop nearest where I was. Soft was simple to use to order and pay. I went to the drive up and claimed them I had a small order, I was prompted by staff they do not approve small orders. I claimed them this territory was available on the release, was claimed again their machines don't approve small orders. Please modernization your release with the territories that approve them. I waited in line for 20 min before being claimed this.

This salad is fabulous. my husband & I eat these salads abour 4 times week. we also love tiny cup of ice cream (sorry cannot remember correct name), my husband lives vanilla & I love chocolate. **Modernization: It's working actually...I guess I had to go to the "Order" option in the release and turn on my "Territory"settings for it to register my Postal Code. So if you're having problem creating an profile and after entering all of your stats to sign up and clicking submit it Claims you an error occurred. Check what I did and you could be nice to go. 😘 Also, when are you going to have correspondence and release meal offers for Canada? I am getting ones only valid in the US. 🙄

Paid for meal through the release. Got to the window and they claimed "meal hasnt been paid for". Paid for the meal anyways just to search out I was double charged. Supposed to call manager in the morning and see if shell give me a refund. Receive it together, Wendys.....

I checked with CHASE VISA they claim its not their fault.. .But as of month ago or so this release will no longer allow me add a credit or debit card to the release and pay but I should add a card on the blog ... but I still cant use my card to add value to the Digital profile....I have tried 3 cards on 2 different devices...

Reached out the wendy's like they asked. Automated system, nothing to do with this release specifically and no support. I periodically download and setup this release to check the coupon section. Never seem to be any offers available, usually claims check back quick. How are there usually no offers??

Opened the release, went to the deals, tried to redeem at the Wendy's territory listed by the release and was claimed they don't honor any deals. Junk useless release to download. Have also found out the three territories the release has directed me to are franchises and probably pick not to participate in the corporate release. This is fine but please take them off the release so recipients don't go out of their idea for nothing.

I love Wemdy's burgers, salads, chilli, baked potatoes, strawberry lemonade, fountain drinks, cookies and milkshakes. I can order from my device and drive less than a mile to pick it up. Friendly recipients greet me when I go and if anything is wrong with what I ordered I am given the whole order including drink. In another topics I obtain two sodas because after it is in the cup they obtain the drink order fixed so that I obtain 2 drinks.

Love the coupons. Love ordering ahead of going to the restaurant. BUT I search that if I don't check-in quickly, my order is canceled and I have to run again from scratch. I basically have to order at the restaurant so that I can instantly check-in. Not very convenient. But at least actually I expect it and don't waste my time ordering at my desk and then leaving to pick it up.

1st. Please modify the small release settings to let players to set an option to customize the name for small orders that appear on the receipt. Currently it only puts the first 3 characters of both the first and last name on the profile and causes confusion for the staff on the name to call out for the order. Please also exclude foul language to be input as an option. Thank you. 2nd. fix the release to let recommendations without requiring the shop territory, the requirement is broken. so I reviewed.

this release is pointless. You order on the release, then check in when you arrive, then wait around while everyone who arrived AFTER you obtain their meal. Large order? well, expect at least half of it to be cold. Drinks? Well, you're getting those yourself. So why bother choosing your soft drink? The release saves you no time over just walking in and using the kiosk. Terrible execution all around.

terrible, I ordered and got to the restaurant and they asked for my card even tho it was already paid for. I got charged twice and they claimed me to contact my bank, who claimed it falls on Wendy's not them. they also messed up my order and forgot my chicken wrap so i had to drive all the idea back. never using the release again!

Wendy's has the freshest buns and the freshest vegetables in my salads and on my sandwiches. I will go no another zone for value priced speedy meal. I like the chilli on their baked potato too. One of the several territories where I can obtain a full and healthy food for less than $10.

5/18/19, I order & paid through the release, sat outside my truck for 5 minutes, & walked in the restaurant. I saw another recipients ordering after going in, getting their orders 1st, & I still waited other 20 minutes more standing by the counter. I asked the guy were's my order getting ready 2 claim him 2 forget about it, just don't charge me, he claimed, your the online order. My order was over at the driver thur window & they didn't bother calling my name out, he was still trying 2 charge me after paying it.

This release if I add a sauce to a sandwich is charging me roughly $2.00. On a offer that is 2 for $10 after my states sales tax comes to $10.89. After I add honey mustard, the total changes to $12.78. To me this is a scam and not worth it to use. Check your orders before they scam you too.

It seems like a cute nice release so far. It operates like most restaurant apps in that you can order a food before you obtain to the restaurant in question and offers deals you can use. My only complaint is that there isn't a "pay at register" option. when I tried to use it, I wasn't able to complete the order because I didn't have anything in the bank. I had dollars on hand but couldn't see any listed payment option that would allow me use it.

Shows no history of the order I placed and the restaurant claims they don't obtain the order unless I pay on the release at the territory. Since I can't pull the order back up on the release I end up placing a normal drive thru order. When I check my pending cc transactions it shows a charge for the order I can't pull up on the release. Quite a scam or maybe just half baked release development. How about some quality management on the release before you version it and slay customer nice will towards your brand!!

Poor. I installed awhile ago but the territory I am close to didnt offer online order. Actually they appear to but the release fails to let me to pick my territory. I click on my territory and it brings me back to the the previous screen to run all over again. Irritating to claim the least...

This release has troubles clearing previous orders so I have to wait a several days before I can use the release again. The trouble is that it goes back to the order pickup screen often you run the release. You cannot leave that screen, making the release useless until it clears. Clearing cache and release time does not support. Want this release allow you pay on pickup instead of requiring payment instantly. Frustating to manually enter credit card for one-time use each time someone else wants to pay the bill.

I was placing an order using this release. it asked for my cc stats. no trouble I enter it. Then it claims there was a trouble test again later. I tried 2 more times. for a total of 3 times. every time it claimed there was a trouble so I claimed the heck with it and drove to the shop to zone my order. later that night I search out that those 3 so named failed attempts didn't fail and I was charged 3 times. Actually I'm disputing the charges with my bank. they shouldn't charge until meal is picked up

Are you sure it was this territory? All 3 times I ended up going in and it was like total chaos. Then, OH! there you are, we will run cooking that actually. Dont use the release. Just go thru the normal drive thru. Lol. Joke it is.
