I used the paid ver. This release used to be a very nice release which did the job well. With the newest modernization (which may caused by Google), the release became useless. It only records my voice, but not the another party. All callers present as "unknown". So sad.

Dont modernization to the newest ver. Didnt anybody read the letter ACR sent (not scanned it, READ it, it clearly Claims you what to do). And yes then you have to manually modernization your apps, (you shouldn't auto modernization your apps anyway) but it's a couple clicks a day at most. Much easier than entering in every device number. Note:if you accidentally hit modernization, instantly hit the stop button.

I'm really upset after hanging up from a very important call only to search out that ACR didn't record it!! It has been working fine on my newest Note 9 since I purchased my device in November but apparently it decided to stop working yesterday 😡 which isn't the only trouble I've got since actually banners are showing up on the release screen today too! I paid dollars for this pro license but when I now need it to work, it fails on me!

Hello, I used to love your release which used to work smoothly and record even when using Bluetooth headsets, however I lost many calls recently as the Bluetooth headsets help seems to be gone. I have just even upgraded to pro both to help your work and hoping it would fix the trouble which, unfortunately, persists. (I tried using few different Bluetooth headsets to create sure the trouble wasn't on my end). I am using an Honor View 10 with the newest Mobile ver and auto upgrades.

For over few years actually, the devs haven't fixed the SD-card permission asking that was introduced with Mobile 4.4. So no calls can be saved on SD. Anyone who wishes to buy the pro ver, don't.

This release has literally saved me thousands of dollars, and possibly my life. i was able to prove malfeasence by a Dr and obtain proper care, because i had proof via a recording. I have been using this release for upwards of 4 years, I have the Pro ver. Needless to claim, its very simple to use. It has come handy a lot of times. I recently got paid some nice dollars in Naira. The client had denied committing to us and it became topic for argument. I simply typed his name, all his calls showed on the call log. I then played back our conversation to everybody in the room. He was so ashamed. He paid up promptly.

Used to be the most reliable release I have. I purchased the license. Actually, because of some Google Test restrictions on developers, it cannot capture device numbers. All calls are actually labeled "unknown". They claim we can manually input the device numbers but who has the time to do that! They saw this coming and knew it was going to happen. Most develpers that have these kinds of restrictions develop app boxes and create them available for download, i.e. "Install by unknown sources".

Im disappointed with this entire google thing and ive been writing to the developer so ask questions with few correspondences over 4 months, and no response from the Dev to obtain support or ask questions, there messages about the trouble were understood, my questions had to do with something another than the google trouble and changes, and still no response I rely on customer service and reviews, and when you have nice customer service I help you when you help me and treat the customer right .

please add some ability to the licence that it doesnt claim downloaded if you have placed it in secure folder. The ACR release the regular behaves as i claimed. It claims shows as if this release is not installed on the device youre using.. but this doesnt do that.. please create it claim that. otherwise anyone can see that you have a recorder on your device.

Since last modernization, ALL calls actually present as 'unknown.' I looked at another reviews & others are having same trouble. No developer/person from your company has addressed this trouble or answered the question or attempted to fix this trouble. I use this release because I have severe memory troubles, so it's extremely important that my calls be classified. This was possible before but not actually. I have used this release for years & would hate to have to search a newest one, so PLEASE fix!!!

Awsome Soft, Literally a behind saver!!! I would ask, please dont use this release for/to do wrong and NEVER use it to BLACKMAIL , harrass or frame someone. But only to prove, if required , that you did/didnt or another party did/didnt claim something (for defense) I do suggest that you record ALL calls even in states where it isnt legal.Recording a call to protect yourself can be a greatly lesser offense than one that ACR should protect you from (w/proof). The pro ver of this app used to nice Unfortunately the google permission change so that recordings can no longer use caller-ID or outgoing destination automagically in the recording engine is an immense drop in usefulness while being enforced by Google (no fault of the app provider) Makes it a lot less usefull In fact I'm considering lowering the score to 1-2 stars Again this is all on Google not on the app provider

While this trouble cannot be resolved or controlled by the developer, it unfortunately still means that the release no longer works as advertised. this release has gone downhill suddenly they claim that Google banned them from recording both sides of a conversation and saving the numbers. The reason I paid for this. Each call actually claiming unknown. Ridiculous. I obtain calls each day from different companies claiming they are recording but we are not allowed.

The Newest Modernization Is Absolutely Horrible. I paid for a ver which displays and records all device numbers in/out. This makes the ACR release less player friendly. As a business person that at times needs to re-listen to a device meeting or conversation to jot down important equipment, having this release was indispensable. However, actually that the release (and all device recording apps) are blocked by Mobile (9+), there is no reason to download/install this release. NOTE TO NEW USERS, DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP. IT IS POINTLESS TO PAY FOR AN APP THAT WILL NOT FUNCTION.

Nice recording release. I tried many in the past, but once I bought pro license - no turning back. records clearly, over WiFi (Google voice anyway) and is invaluable. Was an trouble with Google test licenses and release permissions, but they have solved that. Nice record of conversations with clients, witnesses, suspects, who ever - has even helped when calling in restaurant orders that they got wrong. hold what you wish, upload to storage, delete the others.

The APK that I downloaded for this release to work around Google's newest policies has worked...and it hasn't worked. I just made an important device call with my financial adviser, hung up, opened ACR to retrieve a couple of device numbers and the call had not been recorded. In fact, no calls since April 6 had been recorded. I made other call today (after the financial call) and it recorded it. What's the deal? Is it going to work or not? Is it going to be spotty/unreliable? I've been very glad with this release till I paid for it :( Will change my rating if it's fixed.

Installed this release 2 years ago and the nonpaid ver was awesome with no troubles, then I decided to buy ACR Pro and since then all my call ids are hidden so I never know which call to retrieve. waste of dollars. Tablet has just been modernized and can't hear the another caller so what's the target? ACR give me a refund.

This release took a nosedive recently. It used to be nearly flawless. I understand that the caller ID may be out of ACR's control so it's a non trouble for me. My gripe is that the core functionality of this release is broken: When I use a headset, it does not pick up audio on the another end, only my audio. It did before. When I don't use a headset, it picks up both audio, but is drastically sped up and overwhelmingly drowned out with static. It's almost as if the devs are deliberately breaking their release.

But, if I test to save a recording I am unable to find for my contact by the name, only a tiny list appears and it is not complete..even the note is not getting saved! I have 2 major troubles with this release. 1, randomly deleted all of my recordings and help had no concept how to diagnose or support. 2, the release just changed so that you cant see the names or numbers on all recordings. Soft was 5-star before Google started blocking the ability and work around to record. Having claimed that, the developer needs to take more responsibility. You're actively selling an release that WILL NOT do what it's supposed to do. You shouldn't be allowed to accumulate dollars for this. It's fully deceptive on your part. I understand not refunding prior purchases, it worked at the time. The caller ID blocking is a non trouble, imo. You aren't selling caller ID recording, you're selling call recording.

Your call recording release.use to be nice. Actually your newest policies doesn't let me to see incoming /outgoing device numbers. With your newest policies you have taken my rights away to see who is calling me. Even if the person is in my contacts it doesn't work, plus I have to listen to every unknown number that comes in to decide who named. Please change your policies and give back to me my rights for me to decide if I wish to respond my device actually.
